I took the day off of work today and made my way up to Toronto, Ontario, Canada for PodCamp Toronto. I grew up about 4 hours from Toronto, so we’d come up to visit occasionally as it was a treat to go to another country. It sure brings back memories. One of my first memories of going to a restaurant is in this city. I followed some twitterings and found that a group was going to a bar tonight to hang out before podcamp begins. Little did I know that the restaurant I’ve been to on nearly every visit up here was only two doors down from this bar. I ended up going to The Old Spaghetti Factory for the sake of nostalgia. It’s pure gentry Italian fare, but hit the spot. I had the best chicken parmesan of my life. I’m still not sure how they bread something and get the breading to stick without frying. Yummy. It’s still the same old place. Isn’t it nice to relive long past comforts?

OH, I forgot… I’m almost 28 and I believe my first memory of the restaurant comes from when I was 4 years old.
