I know I’ve been going all political lately. If you don’t like it, don’t read. If I hear of one more Kennedy family endorsement of a Democratic political candidate, I will scream. So, as it stands: Caroline Kennedy-Schlosberg, Ted Kennedy, and Maria Kennedy-Shriver-Schwarzenegger for Obama; Bobby Kennedy’s three children for Clinton. I don’t give a damn about these endorsements. Does the average voter really care about the Kennedy family’s opinions about those running for office any more? Maybe I’m in a younger generation and was not swayed by Camelot. Why is the mainstream media (including CNN, et. al.) playing up these nuts? Why sway the thoughts and feelings of the voter by reporting this crap? This is the stuff that CNN’s Jack Cafferty is loving to bash. There’s one thing I really like about CNN, it’s not afraid to have people stand up against itself and its parent corporation. Between Jack Cafferty and Lou Dobbs they certainly have their hands full.

The message: fuck the endorsements and run on issues. How are YOU going to vote solely based on a candidate’s record and how they will make your life good or a little better?

UPDATE: One more thing… how screwed up is it that Maria Shriver is endorsing Obama and her husband, Arnold Schwarzenegger is endorsing John McCain.  WOW.  It makes my neurons cross trying to figure that one out.
