My first job was doing customer service for an internet service provider. I certainly understand the pressure customer service representatives undergo. Unfortunately, I’m sick and tired of being nice to people who are unwilling to help. I’ve now been waiting 1 hour 45 minutes for a pizza. The order was placed online. I called after 90 minutes and got some bullshit answer that they didn’t know where the driver was. WHAT? How many pizza orders fit in a Metro? I have to say that I wasn’t the nicest on the phone, but this is crazy. The email said delivery would be in 30 minutes. It’s the second time in as many months that they’ve f’d it up.
As you can tell from my fat ass, I indulge in getting pizza once a week on Friday nights. It’s always from Papa John’s in Penn Hills, the one on the corner of Frankstown and Rodi Roads. Fuck them. The food finally came, cold. Wonderful. At least the manager, when I called back a second time, was kind enough to refund me 1/2 the price or the order. That’s the least they could do. If you have a business or are delivering a product, do it right. I’d get fired for such performance. What do you think?

Dude, that sucks but that’s hilarious but I’m glad they at least did something about it
Last time Papa John’s did that to me, it was 1 after our lunch break ended, and hour and a half late for a pizza I order an hour in advance. When the driver arrived I told him that the pizzas are no longer needed and he gave them to me free, which was cool, but I have not ordered from them again. I worked in the service industry at different restaurants for years and allways gave the best service possible, so expext the same, so F-U papjohns sounds like your service sucks country wide.
